About the Summit
In an effort to foster a strong community of practice amongst current and future Collaboratory Administrators and their institutions, Collaboratory hosts Summits one or two times per year. The Summits are facilitated by Community Engagement Professionals, providing a greater context for the field and facilitating engagement with Collaboratory campuses. These Summits encourage faculty, staff, students, and leadership from across campus to deepen their use of Collaboratory and its data.
The 2024 Summit centers the theme of strategically aligning Collaboratory data collection and use with key institutional goals and priorities.

I would absolutely encourage any new administrators to attend the Summit, even if you're not sure you'll be able to participate or contribute at the same level as other administrators. The sessions will give you a variety of lenses to use as you start strategizing and implementing, and you'll get a head start on identifying the administrators on other campuses that you want to connect with first.
