Collaboratory’s annual subscription pricing is based on an institution’s full-time equivalent (FTE) student enrollment, as reported in IPEDS.  This ensures an equitable cost model that aligns with institutional size and capacity.

Subscription

Collaboratory’s annual subscription includes full product access, personalized guidance, and connection to a vibrant national network, along with a robust ecosystem of tools, services, and learning opportunities.  Every Collaboratory subscription includes:

  • A full year of product use
  • 24/7 Help Center + Collaboratory Chat: Access technical documentation, FAQs, and round-the-clock chat support.
  • Email Support: Assistance from our team to address institutional needs or system questions.
  • Community of Practice: Guided, structured connection with peers to exchange strategies, ideas, and solutions.
  • Annual Summit: Exclusive access to our national user gathering focused on data-driven engagement.
  • Coffee Breaks + Webinars: Regular, topical sessions to deepen expertise and share success stories.
  • Bi-Annual Success Planning: Two strategic check-ins alongside senior leadership to align use of Collaboratory with your evolving goals.

Implementation

Effective implementation and long-term use of Collaboratory rely on a strong foundation, clear strategic alignment, and continuous support.  We offer a structured onboarding experience that provides tailored consultation and hands-on assistance to equip your team to launch Collaboratory with confidence.  Collaboratory’s one-time implementation fee provides:

  • Portal setup and basic configuration
  • Bulk import services
  • Single Sign On (SSO) connection
  • 3 Asynchronous Onboarding Modules: Self-paced video content covering core concepts of Collaboratory set up and use.
  • 4 Live Onboarding Calls: Interactive sessions to walk through your setup, address questions, and guide strategic implementation.

Additional Support Hours

For institutions seeking enhanced, personalized support beyond the base services, we offer three flexible support tiers.  Hours may be used at your discretion for customized guidance, consultation, and implementation assistance through the life of your Collaboratory contract.  Campuses often leverage additional time during onboarding to prepare for rollout and implementation.  Common uses for additional support hours include:

  • Data cleaning + bulk import support
  • Supplemental training sessions (e.g., for new hires or specific audiences)
  • Consultative strategy calls between onboarding milestones
  • Data literacy or data hygiene training
  • Aligning data with institutional priorities (e.g., strategic plan, Carnegie application)
  • Support with data entry
  • Internal data-sharing or storytelling strategies
