How do we know whether our partnerships are – or are moving in the direction of – transformational: generating fundamental change, from individual identities to organizational cultures to systemic justice?
Collaboratory is excited to welcome Dr. Patti Clayton, who has over 20 years of experience as a practitioner-scholar and educational developer in community-campus engagement and experiential education. Dr. Patti Clayton is an independent consultant (PHC Ventures), senior scholar with the IUPUI Center for Service and Learning and with the Institute for Community and Economic Engagement at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Dr. Clayton joins us for an introduction to and discussion about the SOFAR model, a conceptual framework for partnerships, and an introduction to the TRES II Scale and Reflection Framework. We will share strategies for Collaboratory Administrators to think about how they might support and deepen partnerships on their campus, along with an opportunity to participate in a pilot project focused on partnership strength.
