Generating institution-wide buy-in and support for community engagement data collection is an intensive and worthwhile endeavor, though it is no small task!  This webinar featured administrators from North Carolina State University who detailed how they are successfully implementing Collaboratory across their campus.

NC State shared how they are:

  • Identifying stakeholders and early adopters,
  • Generating buy-in from faculty and staff across campus
  • Operationalizing strategies for data entry and use, and
  • Incorporating data into existing structures and processes to ensure long-term success.
